Busy days!!!!

This year Easter was more fun...we had a easter egg hunt and different programs for children's!
Serene enjoyed egg hunt and other programs. We were out all day with other baby's of all ages.
When she got 2 eggs, she sat down open them and started eating the candy!!
I even forget to call my mom! my mom was worried and started ringing our phone...but no one here to pick up the phone...

morning we saw a lot of birds outside...all kinds and in different colors! they are a beautiful sight early morning..

This year am going to miss my friend who give me lot of flowers last year! she was the one used to prune the roses. Every day I got a bunch of flowers and my jasmine was in full bloom last year....this year my baby pull the jasmine out of its pot several times!!!

Story time....

A man was sick and tired of going to work every day while his wife stayed
home.
He wanted her to see what he went through so he prayed:
'Dear Lord:
I go to work every day and put in 8 hours while my wife merely stays at
home.
I want her to know what I go through.
So, please allow her body to switch with mine for a day.
Amen!'

God, in his infinite wisdom, granted the man's wish.
The next morning, sure enough, the man awoke as a woman.
He arose, cooked breakfast for his mate,
Awakened the kids,
Set out their school clothes,
Fed them breakfast,
Packed their lunches,
Drove them to school,
Came home and picked up the dry cleaning,
Took it to the cleaners
And stopped at the bank to make a deposit,

Went grocery shopping,
Then drove home to put away the groceries,
Paid the bills and balanced the check book.
He cleaned the cat's litter box and bathed the dog.
Then, it was already 1P.M.
And he hurried to make the beds,
Do the laundry, vacuum,
Dust,
And sweep and mop the kitchen floor.
Ran to the school to pick up the kids and got into an argument with them
on the way home.
Set out milk and cookies and got the kids organized to do their homework.

Then, set up the ironing board and watched TV while he did the ironing.
At 4:30 he began peeling potatoes and washing vegetables for salad,
breaded the chops and snapped fresh beans for supper.

After supper,
He cleaned the kitchen,
Ran the dishwasher,
Folded laundry,
Bathed the kids,
And put them to bed.
At 9 P.M .
He was exhausted and, though his daily chores weren't finished, he went
to bed where he was expected to make love, which he managed to get
through without complaint.

The next morning, he awoke and immediately knelt by the bed and said: -
'Lord, I don't know what I was thinking.
I was so wrong to envy my wife's being able to stay home all day.
Please, oh! Oh! Please, let us trade back.
Amen!'

The Lord, in his infinite wisdom, replied:
'My son, I feel you have learned your lesson and I will be happy to
change things back to the way they were.
You'll just have to wait nine months, though.
You got pregnant last night.'

Rainbow!!!!!

Here is a mail my friend send to me...

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will.

You
will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time.

You'll break hearts too, so
remember how it felt when yours was broken.

You'll fight
with your best friend.

You'll blame a new love for things
an old one did.

You'll cry because time is passing too fast,
and you'll eventually lose someone you love.

So take too
many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.

Don't be
afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.
Live simply. Love generously.
Care deeply. Speak kindly.

Leave the rest to God.

Love you all

Happy Birthday !!!

Today is my younger brother's Birthday!

I clearly remember the day he was born! My Pappa came to my school, classroom handed a bag of chocolates to my teacher for all the class.. and told me "you have a baby brother.. I'll take you to hospital after your school..." Evening Pappa took me to hospital and I saw my baby brother for the first time! He was a sweet sweet little baby...I love holding him.....

He started riding Pappa's Motor bike at the age of 14 and I will be riding behind him, anywhere he goes.....to his friends or to buy something from shop....it was so much fun.... We will have some good fights too.. :)
His friends are my friends too...every one of them treat me like their sister...A big sister to all of them...How sweet is that?
I talk to my mom and brother today.. and ask mom what you doing special for my brother..She brought new clothes for some little ones around there and give them food too...

Trust......

"You may be deceived if you trust too much, but you will live in torment if you don't trust enough."
So how we going to trust people?
I always trust people with all my heart. So many times i got into trouble for trusting...but till to this day I am doing the same...why i don't know...

I hate gossipers! but how you going to find out what is in their mind? when they talking sweet and asking you so many things about your private life, you will answer every single thing they want to know...
I hate to ask any one there whereabouts...i think they will tell me if it is important.

"Have you ever told somebody something in confidence to regret it later? I remember hearing in the news a couple years ago about a woman who should have kept her mouth shut. She was depressed one day at work and muttered to a co-worker that sometimes she just felt like killing herself. Within an hour, a S.W.A.T team had invaded the building, acting upon a tip that a suicidal co-worker was ready to shoot up the workplace. My ONLY point here is...be careful what you say or repeat." by David J Stewart.

Thank you all of my friends for your wonderful words and support...
I love you all...

Book Meme...

Akelamalu has tagged me for this meme. I like to talk about the book am trying to read...so here it goes.

Here's the rules:
1. Grab the nearest book of 123 pages or more.
2. Open it to page 123.
3.Find the first 5 sentences and write them down.
4.Then invite 5 friends to do the same.

Am trying to complete reading this book "The Ralph Nader Reader" for a looooong time...every day i will find time to read 10 pages the most...it is hard but am enjoying it....

Here is a bit about Ralph Nader. He is a citizen advocate, a lawyer and an author. He was born in Winsted, Connecticut. Nader has founded numerous public interest groups, including Public Citizen, Essential Information, commercial alert, the center for auto safety, and the center for women's policy studies. Green party presidential candidate for the year 2000..and this year too..

This book is a compilation of Naders best writings throughout his career..

Today, in Delaware, as well as thirty two other states, cumulative voting is not required. True in most of these states, cumulative voting is permissive. In practice, however, permissive cumulative voting offers little but an illusory right.
Even in those few corporations which voluntarily institute cumulative voting, most states provide ample devises to subvert it. Although cumulative voting aims to prevent a simple majority from maintaing absolute corporate control, Delaware permits a simple majority to amend the corporate character to repeal cumulative voting.

Exercise of the brain...(funny)

Exercise of the brain is as important as exercise of the muscles. As we grow older, it's important that we keep mentally alert. The saying; "If you don't use it, you will lose it" also applies to the brain.

The following is a very private way to gauge your current state of intelligence. Take the following test and determine if you are losing it or are still "with it."

After you answer the question, scroll down to the answer.

OK, relax, clear your mind and.... begin.

What do you put in a toaster?

The answer is "bread." If you said "toast," then give up now and go do something else. Try not to hurt yourself.

If you said, "bread," go to Question 2.

Say "silk" five times. Now spell "silk."

What do cows drink?

Answer: Cows drink water. If you said "milk," please do not attempt the next question. Your brain is obviously over stressed and may even overheat. It may be that you need to content yourself with reading something more appropriate such as "Children's World."
If you said, "water" then proceed to Question 3.

If a red house is made from red bricks and a blue house is made from blue bricks and a pink house is made from pink bricks and a black house is made from black bricks, what is a greenhouse made from?

Answer:

Greenhouses are made from glass. If you said "green bricks," what the devil are you still doing here reading these questions ??
If you said "glass," then go on to Question 4.

If the hour hand on a clock moves 1/60 of a degree every minute then how many degrees will the hour hand move in one hour?

Answer:

One degree. If you said "360 degrees" or anything other than "one degree," you are to be congratulated on getting this far, but you are obviously out of your league. Turn your pencil in and exit the room.

Everyone else proceed to the final question.

Without using a calculator
You are driving a bus from London to Milford Haven in Wales. In London, 17 people get on the bus. In Reading, six people get off the bus & nine people get on. In Swindon, two people get off & four get on. In Cardiff, 11 people get off & 16 people get on. In Swansea, three people get off & five people get on. In Carmathen, six people get off & three get on. You then arrive at Milford Haven. What was the name of the bus driver?

Answer:
Oh, for crying out loud! Don't you remember your own name? It was YOU ... the very first line says that you're driving the bus).

(this was forwarded to me by a friend.. hope everyone will get a good laugh)
